A Personal Journey to a Safer Way to Control Pests

Our lives changed dramatically last year when my wife, Judy, was diagnosed with breast cancer. Like many families facing such news, we were flooded with questions, fears, and a need to understand why. Judy began reexamining everything in our daily lives—from the foods we ate to the products we used in our home.

That journey sparked big changes. While she focused on healing and healthier choices, I took a hard look at my own profession. I’ve been in the pest control industry for over 40 years. I’ve always followed the rules, trusted the science, and believed that when done correctly, traditional pest control is safe and effective. And it is.

But I started to wonder—could I do better? Could I deliver results without relying on traditional methods as the first solution?

That question led to a personal and professional transformation. I dove deep into research, spoke with pioneers in eco-friendly pest control, and decided to shift my business toward safer, greener solutions. I became fully committed to offering pest control that protects families, pets, the environment—and even pollinators.

Judy Update:

After surgery and a treatment plan of meds and radiation, Judy was declared cancer free on her last visit to check her progress. We rejoice that our prayers were answered and we continue to pray for a cure and healing to all those affected by this terrible disease.
